PX Custom Events data capturing in Adoption explorer

When PX+CS connection is established and Usage data is being brought over in Gainsight, currently there is no option in Adoption explorer to bring PX custom events data directly into AE.

 

Use case: The customer has 10+ custom events data to be captured in AE as reports.

Example: Top 10 X event captured at user level.

We can bring data at feature and engagement level presently

Hi @shivani Shivani, With the PX as Source configured in Rules Engine - You can query the custom event data at the roll up you want and export that as a CSV and configure that as another source in AE. Please check https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Release_Notes/2021_Current_Release_Notes/10_Gainsight_NXT_Release_Notes_6.22_February_2021 Px in Query Builder.
