We use Playbooks regularly and there are tasks that often do not apply to every case.  Our users can quick click the circle by the task in a CTA to mark it Closed Complete but to mark that task Closed No Action requires three clicks.  It would be nice if there were two circles (one for the Closed Success and one for the Closed No Action).  Then when one of those are clicked, the task has an outline through it to indicate user no longer needs to address but color indicates if there was action or not.
