We’d like to use a Gainsight report to rank customer usage, whereby some data is highlighted as “Top 5” (for example) and thre remainder of the data is grouped as “Other”
I.e. Row 6 would capture "All Other" data
We understand this is a current limitation of the reporting capability within Gainsight.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
