People are using mobile the most, so UX with mobile should be prio 1. You should get all the needed info when you view the topic when using mobile.
What: I wish to have ranks visible to the topic view when using mobile.
Why: This is problem especially when it is important to know who is employee. Rank icon and icon next to avatar are way too small. Random user doesn´t even notice them when they view the topic. There should be more powerful way to identify the employees and I think rank it is the best way.
This leads to:
- Superusers are no longer incorrectly identified as employees, so they can keep posting “safely” as a normal user / customer
- Random users can trust that given answer is from employee
