Our end-users would like to see more details as to why they're getting a real-time notification. They'll get emails but don't get the context around what actually happened (i.e. was a net new task assigned to you? closed out by another user?, etc.) Is there a way to make these more customizable? If not, is that a potential enhancement?


Customising the notifications template is not in short-medium roadmap. Does clicking on the link not solve their problem?


It would be amazing if we could customize the email notification. That would be ideal but if there was a way to just see more of the details on the CTA in the email, that would be helpful as well.
