CSMs need to keep the email updated for a customer, and it would be ideal for this to be triggered in connector real time job. Right now, you have to use “email” as an identifier for the connector which is not ideal. It would be preferred to use “Contact ID” as the identifier as this will never change (system generated).

I’m fairly annoyed about finding out this was not a thing. +1000000000000000. This is one area where digital CS/CSx add value (amongst many other) and are a true differentiator for contact quality. Please please please make this happen (PS: the identifier should not be an email beyond the first sync. Post first sync; the identifier should be a CRM contact ID.
