When using Gainsight Assist, sometimes the emails go to the Company Timeline, but not the Relationship where we need them to be logged. It does not appear there is a way to easily move them from the Company to the Relationship Timeline, is that correct?

Would they need to be manually moved?

@kypowell Currently, we do not have a way to change it but this is something in our short-medium term roadmap.
