Is it possible to add a refresh report button in the report configuration window in JO? If I need to change fields or filters on a report, I find I have to add the report again and add the recipient filter. It would make life a little bit easier if there was this functionality.

It would be great to place it where the other buttons are located, maybe at the end, next to the setting button? See below example.
It can be the same icon button you see in Reports for refresh:
