+4If a contact is associated to multiple Relationship types, emails don’t get logged to any of these Relationships automatically, but end up as drafts in Gainsight.
Ideally, users should be able to select to which Relationship they want to log these emails directly in Outlook (when using the BCC email, but also in Gainsight Assist).
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
