When a new topic notification triggers from Zapier to Slack, the topic description includes some HTML formatting tags along with the message itself. Is it possible to remove that?

Hi - I am looking to make our posts that go from inSided > Slack through Zapier to be more pretty. I know this might be more of a Zapier question but curious how others are handling this? I know you can add things/format, I’m just not really sure how. For example, this is what it looks like when a new user registers with the Community in our Slack, it’s just kind of plain. I would like to add some wording on ‘A new user has joined’ or something of that sort.
Any advice here?
