It would be very helpful to remove outliers from the dashboards, as they can skew the metrics. As I report to management I like to provide the best and accurate information as possible without also adding cavets. This will also help us get a better understanding on well we are doing.
For example the Avg. response time (hours) metric for last month May 2019 include outliers and does not represent how well my team is truly doing.
