+1Maybe this one is controversial, but this metric makes me crazy. If you have a couple topics that slide past and never get a response, then they ruin this metric.
I’d really like to know, of the questions that get a reply, how quickly are they replied to? It’d be nice to have the average response time filter out topics with no reply.
