In an effort to make survey participants choose a side other than ‘neutral’, I’m wondering if it would be possible to allow for the CSAT questions created in Question Library to present a four or five option range.

The goal would be to have someone choose whether they were:

  • Very Dissatisfied
  • Dissatisfied
  • Satisfied
  • Very Satisfied

Being able to remove ‘neutral’ if needed will force respondents to essentially choose a side before (hopefully) providing contextual feedback regarding their choice. To be sure, I would love to be able to choose the four or five-response range when creating a new CSAT question in Question Library.
