Concept: the same experience as selecting a category for other topics, where you are required to indicate the category/group/location.
Requires: product areas to be configured for ideation, which some communities may not (although I imagine this is a best practice).
My POV is that it’d be simple to require this for all ideas. But if there is resistance to that component, then I’d advocate for a toggle to turn on the requirement.
