For the love of my (and other creators of events) sanity, please allow resizing of the text editors on the control pages.

I so often have multiple paragraphs for session abstracts and speaker headshots, and working in this tiny little unresizable text box leaves very little room to double check my full setup before publishing (especially because there’s no draft mode for events, but that’s a whole separate issue).

At the very least, setting a standard size on events equal to what’s available in the product updates editor would be a huge improvement.

Are there any other editors apart from the event description where you experience this issue?

I don’t actually see the ability to resize any text editors in control:

  • Creating content (articles, events, product updates, conversations, questions)
  • System emails
  • Group descriptions
  • Community descriptions

Some of these have better default areas to work with, but some (especially any content and the community descriptions) I would hope to see either made larger or have the ability to resize.

Resizing the text editor would be useful.  Would love to see it on the events module editor.

 

Upvoted, I’m struggling to update an event due to the small box to work with.
