We would like to restrict guest users from sending private messages to others to prevent spam messages. Right now you can only disable private messaging for everyone, it is not role-based restriction.

Thanks for sharing this idea @Aliya. Sorry to hear that you’ve experienced spam messages on your community recently. Could you clarify what a ‘guest’ means to you? I assume you’re referring to some kind of custom role?

hi Daniel, yes it is a custom role of someone who is neither partner nor customer.
