With Horizon, end users automatically get the option to build their own reports. Unfortunately this means that they are also able to enter any report that was previously created. This unfortunately means an end user can edit an admin created report. Perfect world this wouldn’t happen.

We did not change any behavior around admin/end user editability with horizon reporting. Reporting is still an admin functionality, that you can expose to end users if you want. To understand this a bit better, can you help me understand which edition you are on?
