Hi,

We are switching CRMs to Salesforce and setting up the SFDC API Integration. Support  (ticket 270057) just shared that the API will not retrieve historical data.

Our community has been around for over a year and we have almost 7,000 customer members.  We need to have one source of truth on customer activity and would like to be able to use the Engagement Analytics dashboard in control but these seems impossible if we are unable to retrieve historical data.

We encountered the same issue recently. Although our community is only three months old, having all this information in Salesforce would have been ideal. Our integration just went live this week, and didn’t realize we were not able to have historical data.
