+7It would be great if we could allow linking to external documentation within a Scorecard Description.
I have a customer who has comprehensive details on each of their scorecard measures in google docs.
They want to be able to have a hyperlink inside each Measure Description linking to the document so CSMs can have more context on each individual scorecard
+12I would echo this with the need for the Updates to support hyperlinks. We have very long links that are difficult for end users to copy-paste into the browser and are barriers to adoption in both the description and the Updates.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
