Rules engine success/failure reports no longer downloadable for manual runs

Hello Team,

When We used to be able to click on the pass and on the fail reports in rules engine. This is no longer available as you can see for manual runs. For schedule runs we could see the results. 

It would be great to include hyperlinks for pass/fail reports.
