We use the S3 Export daily and we have a LOT of business partners using the survey responses for automated follow up, linkage to Customer Service cases, and general Client Health scores.

 

One thing missing in this export for CSV is the [eventId]. The one thing necessary to determine a CSAT answer from today that is different from a CSAT answer from 6 months ago. (yes you can use the date to tell them apart, but when using them in a database, the eventId would be the unique key for each response.
