use case:  when a CSM types an account name and has to pick from multiple company names, it can be difficult to pick the correct one.  

enhancement:  allow Admins to configure filters that apply to the standard Sally queries to limit search results.  These filters can be similar to those proposed to existing Global Search enhancement requests that have been made.

e.g. available fields to filter from Company MDA or from C360 Summary and Attributes sections.
