Scorecard activities in tabluar report

The new scorecard activity feed looks like a great way to view histroical updates, but how can these updates be incorproated into a tabular or drill down report? We have our CSMs add comments on the overall health score to provide additional context. I pull in the comments field to many reports to make it easy to contextualize health going as one reviews one by one. 

With the activity feed, will there be a way to add the most recent update into a report such as this? Or will I need to create a rule to update the comments with the most recent update?
