Scorecard Fact

Is it possible to add overall score to scorecard fact?  Also can we get the label names instead of hexadecimal values?  This is for reporting purposes.

      Hi,

      Scorecard Fact is a table where the overall/measure values are stored as rows(Fig 1 below) . What you need is a pivoted table in order to report on overall/measure score. For that ,you can use scorecard snapshot(Fig 2 below) if you want to create reports using overall score or measure names. Hope this helps.

      Hi Abhishek...if we are looking at this at the Account level as opposed to the Relationship level, would data spaces take care of this requirement?
