We use scorecard to track a bunch of information.  Customer Health, Usage Data, CSM related tasks, etc.  It’s great because it can give all of these easy to view, amazing snapshot with the bonus of seeing historical information with just a click of the mouse.

The problem is that our scorecard is massive.  Even when you collapse everything there is just so much information.

 

Idea:  Would be amazing to be able to have a tabbed scorecard.  You’d be able to bucket measure groups into specific categories, and easily tab between them.   It would function exactly like tabs on a browser.  You just click between them at will. 

 

Something like:

[Engagement/Sentiment] [Product Utilization] [CSM Tasks]
