Hello,
We would love the option to be able to view an email receipt sent through a journey orchestrator program. This can currently be done if you add yourself or an inbox in the BCC however it is not always needed.
Use Case:
- Sending out notification emails that there is a price increase coming.
- At the time the price increase happens procurement says they were never notified and deny paying the increased price unless you can send them a visual of the notification.
- The snapshot details are not enough to prove what email was sent and a report can be fabricated.
Solution:
- In the snapshot mode of a JO Program, you can select a preview of the email that was sent that has the send date and time, recipient email and name and sender email and name.
