+5We’d like the ability to link a CTA Status to Snooze so that when a user changes the status of the CTA to a value (e.g. Snooze or On Hold) that would automatically Snooze the CTA.
As it stands, the Snooze option is completely independent from the Status which adds additional steps for a CTA owner wishing to provide a proper status while also keeping the CTA from cluttering the Cockpit.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
