Hi team,

I had a recent request from a CSM and after discussing with our SA determined it’s not currently possible to configure in the product, so raising it here to see if it’s something Gainsight would consider implementing.

We currently have a scorecard mass edit report for all of our relationship-level scorecards that shows the company, relationship name, and overall score for the relationship. When clicking on a relationship’s overall score, the CSM is asking for the detail panel that opens up to contain the entire scorecard, rather than the timeline and history. The desired outcome is to be able to view the entire scorecard to see what’s driving the overall score without having to navigate away from the dashboard.

I’m curious if this has been considered in the past?
