On manually created CTAs we do not have the avility to show only one value of a picklist. One the CTA if you make this read only it removes the field, and if it is not read only it will allow you to select any. Or the ability to assign a default value.

Is the use-case around wanting to see a custom “non-editable” field when creating a CTA. If so, can you share some details on the use-case (what field to you want to see / what is the manual CTA that is getting created)
