Simpler Engagement Editor

Hi @john_apple, did you try the new Editor for Guides - where we have addressed this and also made the editor more responsive where depending on the element that you have selected - on the editor we show the formatting options that you might be needing. 

In the month of August 2022 - we had a series of sessions to get users familiar with the new editor. You can find all the recording in the below thread.

Please make use of the new editor to create In-App Engagements.

The new editor is only for Guides correct? Will there be support for Dialog/Slider, etc.?

@john_apple yes today the new editor is for Guides. For Dialogs and Sliders please find my comments below:

1. Dialogs - this can be created using new editor as it is a single step Guide. With recent February release (link) - in the new editor we have made the standard navigation buttons optional so that you can create a single step Dialog type engagement using new editor. Hence we recommend you to create Dialog engagements using the New Editor.
2. Sliders - We will soon be providing the option of creating carousel type Dialogs on new editor so that a slider can also be created using the New Editor.
