Slack/Gainsight Integration recommendation (user access)
We are at an impasse with setting up our Slack with Gainsight, as our Gainsight usernames and emails do not match our Slack user names and emails. It would be fantastic if we were able to cross-match on an additional field.
We are in the middle of some organizational transition, and this would be a really helpful attribute!
