I’m you friendly Gainsight Support Agent, submitting this Feature Request on behalf of a customer:

“When viewing the People List of a company, you cannot sort by the Tracking Status (but you can with all other columns). It'd be helpful to be able to sort by ‘tracking status’ as those are typically the users/persons I am in contact with the most and want to see at the top of the list by default.”
