If I sort the comments for example “Newest first” and I go to the next topic I have to choose this option again.
Why the platform doesn´t remember the option user choosed?

I can see the frustration here, so thank you for the feedback.
I have converted this to an idea for our PM team to see and give comment on.
FYI: If you have sorted topic as you want and you reply to the topic → sorting disappears.
Ideas miss the timeline sorter all together.
