I have customer questions that
- are multi part
- have many SME’s answering or enhancing the answer to a question.
If a customer asks a second question in the reply that requires a different marked answer, I would love to be able to split that off into it’s own post. Turn an reply into a post.
If many SME’s answer a question, I can only mark one as the best answer, but I want to award the activity points to each person that responded too. I think they qualify for the points ;)
