Sponsor Tracking - Show 'Pending' Contacts

Great idea, Daria.  It would be really helpful to have both tracked and pending contacts available to show in that one section of the Customer360 screen.  As a temporary solution, you could also create a Reports 2.0 from the Sponsor Tracking object & add it as a new section on the Customer360 page.  You could either filter for just "pending" status (and put that section right below your regular Sponsor Tracking area) or you could list both "pending" and "tracking" status options to get the full list of key contacts.  With that said, it would be really helpful if this was built in to the Sponsor Tracking area on the screen. 

Excellent idea.Adding few more reports based recently change info or showing the history of sponsors inside sponsor tracking section will be good. I will discuss with PM team and keep you all posted on this.

Hi Praneet! Curious what the status is of seeing Pending Sponsors pop up in the Sponsor Tracking section alongside those who have been 'matched' on. We already have several 360 sections, so it would be ideal to incorporate Pending in this view rather than adding a report to another section.

If we'd like to report on all contacts "pending", what field would we use on the Sponsor Tracking object?

Hi Pat,  The "status" field in the Sponsor Tracking object should let you get a list of "pending" contacts (status = pending).  You could also get a list of contacts being tracked by filtering for status = tracking.   Thanks!
