Ability to add standalone button / link with hyperlink within any tab of C360 to allow admins to create custom actions for end users

If a CSM wants to submit a request associated with an external system, they would need to navigate out of Gainsight to initiate. It would be ideal if admins were able to create standalone buttons / links to place on the related tab to initiate the workflow (e.g. submit a request for an customer success architect directly on a C360 tab called Services that initiates the workflow in SFDC); Links can be added to Summary via Attributes, but require a report to surface on other tabs
