We’d like to be able to expose a report within the actual success plan (similar to how you can expose reports within the R360). The data we’d be looking to expose is within a custom object that’s a step below the R360 level so it’s not available to add as an attribute within the current templates. Curious if anyone has come up with creative solutions on how to expose reporting within a success plan?

Hi @acote ,

Would you be able to share an example of the report (and the kind of data) you would want to embed in a Success Plan. We have plans to add this capability to success plans in the future.

Yes, for this use case, our integration team will be using the success plan to record the progress of the client’s integration for the CSM. We would like to expose some of our product level data (i.e. what type of systems the client is using, what features they have engaged) for ease of access to the integration team. This is housed in a custom object that’s a level lower than the R360 since there may be many to 1 products on an R360 so cannot be exposed via attribute.

Let me know if you need any additional information!

Got it thanks a lot for sharing more details on this. Giving the ability to embed reports in Success Plans is definitely on our roadmap but there is no ETA for it as of today.
