Success plans objective not editable by internal collaborators

Hi there,

We want to leverage GS success plans to engage with customers and internal collaborators in one place. 

While we can define the level of permissions we give customers to each individual objective, we don’t seem to be able to for internal collaborators and objectives are automatically editable.

 

Our use case is as follows: we need internal collaborators to deliver/contribute without being able to edit the contents of the objective. This currently can’t be done. 

We need a permission set for “View all objectives” so internal collaborators can deliver against them but NOT change them.

    After a strange response from support on this, I want to clarify that the permission set we’re asking is an addition to “edit all objectives”. We’re not asking for the latter to be taken away. Just for more options.

    The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
