I have tried to download the templates of the Success Plans we created directly in Gainsight and it is not possible to export the templates.
It would be great to have such an option in the future, since now we are limited to Edit template, add objective, delete template and mark it as inactive. However the Download template option is not integrated or available. :(
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
