Support for GS Assist Outlook Add-In for Outlook 2002 Desktop Version

Posting on behalf of a customer:

 

There looks to be a UI issue with the outlook add-in for Outlook 2002 Desktop, despite things being up to date regarding OS, Outlook, and plugin. Given in docs its mentioned we support 2013 version and up. This post is made to help get support for Outlook 2002 Desktop to fix this.

      This is limitation form Microsoft side, they support add-in with a minimum version.
