Survey branching from NPS questions to a separate page

In a survey, I'd like to be able to branch from an NPS question to a different page dynamically, based on the score given by the responder.  My goal is to have only the NPS question on the first page of the survey.  This is how I have my NPS surveys configured in CustomerGauge, and I believe that's inline with their recommended best practices.

The problem is that (per Gainsight Support) branching is apparently not available on NPS questions (the branch button is dimmed), and [i]question linking requires the downstream questions to be on the same page.

Hi John,

We are addressing this use case as part of our revamped surveys which we are targeting in the near term roadmap.

You would be able to define rules as follows -

Skip to Page 2 when NPS Question answer is between 0 to 5 and Skip to another page when it is from 6 to 10 etc.

Thanks

Does this work when the NPS survey only has one question. It gives me a message that “doesn't apply to first and last questions”
