Survey export file format similar to the one in reporting (excel)

Hi Team,

This is a request from  BeyondTrust Software.

When we export the survey the received file format is of csv where as the file obtained from download/export option in reporting is of type excel.

Directly opening the survey export file is changing the special characters as the encoding format is not taken as the proper one.

So customer is expecting to make the survey export file also as of type excel so that issue with respect to  special characters is not observed.
