The Survey option in C360 right now only allows visibility to the NPS survey.
We are looking to send other surveys out via GS and would like to be able to easily displays the responses to these as well. We really like how easy seeing the responses is for NPS, and it would be great to be able to apply this to any survey that is sent out

In Survey tab of 360 page you should be able to see a tab called ‘Survey Responses’ similar like ‘NPS Responses’, which have all type survey responses for the current company/ relationship.

A CSM reported a 404 error when trying to see an email response. Is there a permission that needs to be set for CSMs to click the eye icon?

Please make sure that user have access to Survey Preview page in permission bundle.
To do so you can go to Permission Bundles → Edit your permission bundle -> Navigation Permissions → Surveys and select Survey Preview and then save.
