Tag Clouds should be relevant to the Category / Sub-Category page

Great idea. We are opening it for votes.

Just to add to this - it would be great to be able to set tags that only apply to a certain category. Some methods of categorisation are only relevant in specific areas of my community. 

EG:

• In our Ask a question category, I’d like members to be able to tag their posts by both feature and skill level.
• But in our Jobs Board category, I’d like members to be able to tag their posts by seniority and location.

Those two sets of tags don’t make much sense elsewhere in the community.
