We have received feedback from our internal team and our customers that they want to be able to change their display name so that is different from their user name. Currently this functionality doesn’t exist. Would like this to be considered for future feature improviements.

Great suggestion! I’m merging your idea with a similar idea that’s gotten some traction lately. Be sure to vote on this idea, and when doing to, could you reply to that idea and elaborate why your internal team and users would like to change their display name, and what their display name could/should be? Would a first name and last name be the most common use case to cater for?
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
