It would be really great if in various places throughout the platform you could @ a user to create an action.
For example, if you are in renewal center and you want an update on an opportunity, you could @the user in the next steps section which would trigger a CTA for them to provide an update.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
