Greetings!

In Gainsight PX adoption, When we land on the adoption page, it only displays the modules in the hierarchy that we created in the Gainsight PX's product mapper section. Additionally, each time we land on the page, we only see the graph for the first module rather than the total number of modules/features. However, if we navigate to the other modules or click on the first module, everything works as it should and we can see the graphs for that selected module.

The customer has made a request, and we are really grateful that when we landed on the adoption page it was very grateful we could see the whole stats of the modules and features rather than just the first module as it is right now.

Thank you!

When entering the Adoption area, the chart is not providing the aggregate data for all users of all functions as the “Home” view, but instead, showing the first module (even though it’s not selected below from the table). I would expect the Home view (accessed both on first visit or by using the breadcrumb trail links with the Home icon at the top of the features table) to show data for ALL modules/functions.

For example, let’s assume I had an application with only two modules, Module A and Module B. And let’s say that when I looked at adoption for Module A it showed a chart that indicated 200 users use functions in that module for a given day that I highlights on the chart, and Module B showed 100 users. I would expect that if I went into Adoption and didn’t select a module, or I clicked the Home icon, that I’d see data for both modules combined and thus see 300 for that same day.

Otherwise, in it’s current state, once I’ve clicked on the first module to get the details, the Home icon is confusing because it DOES change the data in the table (by backing up to the root) yet the chart at the top does NOT change to anything associated with home/root, but continues to display the first module’s data!
