The contact role criteria we generally use for our JO participant list often results in a number of contacts for each account.  We do not have additional criteria available to further reduce the number of contacts per account without causing additional accounts to be excluded from the send. 

Our ask is for a way to define a contact throttle/limit to control the number of emails sent per account.  For example, if we have 15 contacts that meet the contact criteria for one account, we’d like the ability to set a throttle of 3 participants so only 3 of the 15 contacts are sent the email.
