Our Salesforce integration uses Enhanced Email which utilized the Email Message object to store emails. We would like it so that emails from the Gainsight timeline are also created in Salesforce as a record of the Email Message object. Under Timeline Activity settings, I only see options for syncing emails as tasks/events. In the future Salesforce will begin to utilize the email message object and not tasks/events for logging emails. Can we get a way to sync our emails from Gainsight to Salesforce as an email message record?
