It’s good that we can do a few bulk actions from the Users Overview page, including adding a custom role and awarding a badge (or creating a segment, although this idea is not for the segment use case). 

When the number of users in the filter criteria greatly exceeds the largest pagination option of 100, those bulk actions have to be repeated many times overview. And it introduces the possibility of human error as you page through and repeat. 

For example, my current use case has results for 2776 users, which means I’d have to do the bulk action 28 times. 

So it’d be ideal if we had a true Select All feature for those bulk action. Zapier has something like this for their data transfer when you are building something based on Google Sheets data, for example.
